These Terms of Service are entered into by and between you and Curated Trades LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), which operates Curated Trades at curatedtrades.com. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using curatedtrades.com and related services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service Description

Curated Trades LLC provides an options strategy research platform including backtesting, evaluation, and analytics tools. The Service is for research and informational purposes only. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage services, or trade execution.

Accounts and Subscriptions

You may need an account to access certain features. Account authentication is handled by Clerk. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without permission
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Service

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Georgia.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curated Trades LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Past backtest performance does not guarantee future results.
